Kayakers flock here because it’s a perfect launch point for a paddle into Tutka Bay or Sadie Cove. And campers come to pitch tents, take in the view, have a family reunion, or to rent one of the yurts at Kayak Beach or close by at Quarry Beach. Staying at Kayak Beach and want to hike Grace Ridge? No Problem! We can drop your gear at Kayak Beach before taking you back to the South Grace Trailhead to start your adventure! And it’s not unusual to see a whale or two from the beach!
